Requirements for IVI are increasing every year: Wifi, MirrorLink, CarPlay, etc. At first glance the situation is very similar to the smartphone market, but the quality criteria for IVI systems are quite different from smartphones. The automotive market has struggled to meet the required quality level for years, so we think Long Term Support is necessary for AGL. The presentation will show why long term support is needed for AGL as well as the gap between LTSI and AGL.
